IAM Engineer / Identity Access Management

IAM Engineer Responsibilities: You will support a modern and scalable Identity and Access Management Product to ensure that we are giving the right user the right access to the right resources, for the right reason, and maintaining a record of who has access to what. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional end-user identity experiences across the organisation by integrating systems, applications, services, and platforms within the IAM Product, while balancing application and information security requirements against business need. You will be responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals are able to interact with the organisation’s data and systems while managing and continuing to integrate more systems to enable a secure and enhanced user access and authentication experience for our end-users. This is very much an operational role, so you will be handling BAU activity to ensure the IAM Product runs smoothly and resolving any issues highlighted by our end users, service desks or during testing. You will support the Technical Product Expert in the development of all aspects of the IAM Product to ensure the integrity and availability of data and services, authentication and authorisation, and related services. Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience working on Enterprise Wide Identity Solutions
  • Ping Federate and/or SailPoint IdentityNow experience
  • Knowledge of LDAP, MFA, PAM, SAML2 and API integrations
  • Good written and Verbal communication skills
  • Working with Agile methodologies desired
  • Technical background with experience in software development and web technologies
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues globally.
  • Have a flexible and adaptable approach to change and will support others to respond in a similar way.
  • Ability to work in a diverse global environment with a positive, goal-orientated approach.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and track progress across a variety of tasks.
