Join Lead IT, Lady! - mentoring programme for future female leaders!
We talk a lot about supporting diversity and we really mean it. After a great success of GirlsUp - the mentoring event for female founders organised with #OMGKRK and You Code, Girl! - workshops for schoolgirls who want to learn programming basics, we decided to go one better again and partner up with Women in Technology Poland team who are on the mission to encourage women in IT world to reach for leadership roles and support them with organising Lead IT, Lady! - mentoring programme!
What is it about?
The 9-month programme is divided into four different training modules filled with various activities, workshops and mentoring sessions with experienced tech leaders and tech projects for non-profit organizations in which participants will be able to practice their new skills. Starting in October, the programme will run until the end of June. All of that is waiting for the ones who want to take up the challenge and grow to become a leader of the future.
