Your role in the team Responsible for leading from a technical perspective a Scrum team of developers and testers, with time distribution between tech work vs. people management Hands-on leadership and coaching of the team with providing guardrails into best practices and standards, and ensure adherence Help to design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications in fully greenfield project (totally new environment with development from a clean slate no legacy code around) Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle Writing well designed, testable, efficient code as well as reviewing code and providing constructive feedback Handling one-to-one meetings with team members Skills needed Proven technical or full team leadership experience Excellent knowledge and experience with JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS Good knowledge of and practical experience with React and AWS Experience with working in a multi-team environment with multiple dependencies Experience working in Agile / Scrum methodology Very good English skills (both written and spoken) What we offer Development opportunities, including IT conferences, internal training, lunch and learn sessions and an individual development budget.
