Software Developer in Test

What you will be doing

• Ensure the performance, speed, and stability of real-time datasets as a Test Engineer
• Develop comprehensive and top-notch test cases, incorporating both automation and performance testing
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and product owners to formulate accurate acceptance criteria
• Engage in collaboration regarding technical strategies and contribute to finding solutions
• Effectively communicate project goals and present testing results to stakeholders
• Prepare data for consumption by Data Scientists, ensuring its quality and relevance
• Contribute to the process of modeling machine learning algorithms by providing well-prepared data

Who we are looking for

• Expertise in Python and Automation Frameworks: Strong development skills in Python for test automation, including CI Builds, SQL Unit Testing, and ETL processes, using frameworks like Gatling and Rest-assured
• Comprehensive Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases: Proficient in testing complex data transformations with both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring accurate and reliable data processing
• Knowledge of Cloud Solutions and Full SDLC: Experienced with cloud platforms for Big Data (AWS, Snowflake, Astronomer) and adept in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), integrating testing into development processes
• Agile Methodologies and Performance Testing: Familiar with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and methodologies like TDD and BDD, with a focus on integration testing and capturing end-to-end system performance
