Senior Full Stack Developer

We are working on the migration of Oracle services to Zendesk that is a pivotal initiative that will enhance our operations and customer interactions. The Customer Relations team plays a crucial role in this transition as Zendesk provides a more user-friendly and cost-effective solution, improving both efficiency and customer satisfaction. What you will be doing
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend)
  • Build and integrate APIs, third-party services, and microservices for enhanced functionality
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability across platforms
  • Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces in React.js, optimizing for performance and cross-browser compatibility
  • Develop RESTful APIs and web services with Node.js and Express.js, implementing secure authentication and session management
  • Ensure database operations (CRUD) using SQL or NoSQL databases, ensuring high code quality through testing and best practices
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers on business requirements, participating in code reviews and design discussions
  • Write unit tests, diagnose bugs, and implement security best practices to safeguard applications
Who we are looking for
  • Previous understanding of Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express.js) and modern React behaviours (Hooks, Context API), including state management with Redux and RESTful API development
  • Experience with both NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) and SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, cloud services (AWS), and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Be working with Agile/Scrum practices, and familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) and TypeScript
