As a Software Developer in Test, you’ll be hands-on within a delivery team, helping to build our next-gen sports betting platform focused on performance, resilience, and flexibility. We’re looking for a curious, driven engineer who never settles for second best. About us What you’ll be doing

• Analysing and identifying the most efficient level and type of testing needed across the development and release cycle, and which automated tests will provide the most value and coverage
• Developing and evolving test frameworks, tooling, CI / CD and testing infrastructure
• Working with the team to develop feature test strategies and writing verification plans using existing test infrastructure
• Translating functional and non-functional requirements into test cases
• Working closely with the team to analyse, debug and resolve the bugs
• A commitment to monitoring and observability
• Mentoring and coaching other engineers on all aspects of testing
• Being active in our communities of practice across engineering and development to continually enhance our collective knowledge

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience in developing test automation within Agile environments, with hands-on knowledge of JavaScript/Node.js (or willingness to learn), Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, and the Page Object Model.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture, chaos testing, RESTful API testing, and CI/CD workflows. Skilled in working with modern technologies like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to mentor team members and work cross-functionally with developers and other disciplines. Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Passionate about quality metrics and best practices in product implementation. Experience in the sports betting industry is a strong plus.
