We are looking for a passionate, innovative, creative, and results-driven, multi-disciplinary Product Manager for the Cross domain Customer experience squad team. You will lead the ideation and development of features to improve customer journeys, customer experience and usability cross all 888WH core domains.

What you will be doing

  • Working closely with business owners and product colleges and stakeholders to identify needs and gather requirements you’ll be responsible for the customer experience product’s roadmap and vision. You’ll be working closely with business owners and product colleges and stakeholders to identify needs and gather requirements.
  • Working also with Customer Research, Design and Data to analyse the customer requirements and align them with strategic goals of the business and planning effective user experience along with UX/UI designers
  • Defining high-level business requirements along with analysing the business value of new features whilst prioritising features and work plans derived from business cases
  • Lead product aspects across all product phases
  • Writing detailed requirements and working hand in hand with Product Owners, who are responsible for the scrum team backlog, in order to bring features to life
  • Work in full collaboration with the different organizational units (marketing, R&D, UX/UI designers, BI, and more)
  • Taking initiatives, problem statements or feature requests and break them down into actionable pieces of work that bring the most value and are aligned with the strategy.
  • Acting as the primary liaison and link between all stakeholders, teams, and departments. Though the whole product life cycle, you will ensure clarity of the latest update on the product, removal of blockers and keep track of business deliverable commitments.

Who we are looking for

  • Proven working experience as a Product Manager using agile methodology with experienced in Internet and mobile technologies
  • Great communication skills, with experience working with numerous interfaces and matrix management
  • Business-oriented, data-driven with high analytical skills whilst been creative, original, with out-of-the-box thinking
  • Independent working abilities with the ability to drive processes, you’ll be proactive, demonstrating autonomy and accountability
  • Knowledgeable in the world of gaming, B2C, core products.
