End User Computing Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented End User Computer Analyst to provide top-tier technical support and solutions to our internal teams. In this role, you will troubleshoot, resolve, and manage a wide range of IT issues, ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems, software, and hardware for end users. If you’re skilled in problem-solving, have a strong understanding of computer systems, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you will be doing

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for all internal staff with Desktop/Laptop and phones issues.
  • Recording and responding to incidents and service requests from the business, suppliers and service teams within agreed operational and service levels.
  • Retaining ownership of issues from being reported through to final resolution, managing relationships with other 2nd line evoke support teams and external suppliers, keeping affected parties informed of status and progress; where issues cannot be resolved, manage the escalation process to internal / external resolver teams.
  • Performing root cause analysis and proactively owns and drives improvements to resolution.
  • Creating and maintaining existing knowledge base.
  • Responsible for the installation, maintenance and distribution of both generic and bespoke software used within the evoke organisation.
  • Responsible for the installation, maintenance and distribution of all client hardware, including printers, scanners, phones, desktops, laptops, etc.
  • Providing outstanding customer service while responding and restoring service (implementing techniques of incident and problem matching to restore service quickly by applying known error workarounds).
